Proper, innovative social commentary satire at its finest!

Been a huge fan of Will's selvatico series (recommend check them out) so this is great to see Will flexing his intelligent wit and range of characters on stage. Will's output shows that a high % of current "stand-up comedians" are formulaic and don't take risks. This show was great from the start, takes no prisoners and is a thrilling , unpredictable rollercoaster ride of a comedy show. So many great moments and worthy of a few rewinds! Go see him and join his patron! Keep on keepin' on Will. The world needs you!!!

Cerebral with the absurd

A unique stream of subconscious and unsubconsciously linked, and continuous satirical comedy from the master of character creating that is Will Franken. One man with an ensemble cast of characters that come as fast as they go only to then come back again, and all the while Will's philosophical undercurrent adds intellectual depth to the laugh out loud material. Often I find myself likening Will's stand up experience to being cinematic, especially in how Will incorporates external audio, there is a multi layering to his performance that echoes those type of films that convey existential themes, scientific philosophies, and social critiques. I cannot recommend this hilarious live stand up show, and his sublime Selvatico series, enough.

The Return of A Satirical Genius

Having discovered Will after the original release of Selvatico, I have been hooked by his work. His performance in Dalton's marks a return to the stage with an hour of new ripe material. If you are a fan of Will's work, this purchase is a no brainer - if you are jaded by the mainstream comedy of the present moment - this performance is a refreshing palette cleanser and timely reminder that great satire and comedy is still ready and waiting to be unearthed for those who seek it. 5 stars

A new and huge fan, can't wait to see and hear more

I can't believe I am only just discovering you now. Comedy's best kept secret across two continents by far. I'd like to believe your thank-you to the audience at the end was you in your real voice, but it's hard to tell given the manifold amount of characters you perform in this one hour set. When you say, "the comedy circle sucks", I was so happy. You diagnose a problem that has persisted now for ages -- comedians have been derelict in their duties. They are spineless careerists and you show us the way it should be done.
